We do not use fondant. Every design is built through buttercream-based artistry for a softer, more refined finish.

Each cake is built from scratch using premium ingredients and finished with signature buttercream styling.
A cake selection is required for every order.

Nadiya is a true artist and an absolute professional. She was easy to work with for my daughter's 1st birthday cake and cupcakes! I ordered a cake, cupcakes and donuts for a baby shower, and everyone enjoyed and loved the sweets. I will recommend Nadiya's Cupcakes to everyone because they are the best desserts I have ever tried. This is not the first time ordering from Nadiya's Cupcakes and definitely not the last.
After delivery or pick-up, handling is out of Nadiya’s Cupcakes control and we cannot promise safe handling by others. Cake and desserts should NOT be left out for more than 2 hours in warm climate because buttercream will begin to soften and decorations may fall. Refrigeration may be necessary.
We offer delivery and set-up services for all eligible Custom Orders, which includes travel time and final touch-ups. We do not provide plates, napkins, etc.
Chicago rate: $75 per hour
Chicago suburbs rate: $55 per hour
For order Pick-Up, we advise to prepare the delivery vehicle ahead of time by ensuring the vehicle is air conditioned beyond the normal level of comfort and to avoid placing products in unsecured locations such as trunks and back seats.
Nadiya’s Cupcakes ensures orders are properly packaged upon pick-up and all decorations are safely installed on desserts, but is not liable if products are unsafely delivered or improperly handled by the customer.
Nadiya’s Cupcakes will use discretion for order Pick-Up eligibility and may require delivery.
All Custom Orders require a minimum order of at least $250 with a minimum 4 week lead time.
After finalizing your order, we require full payment to formally book Nadiya’s Cupcakes. We can accommodate small changes to the order before it is due and orders finalized in less than 8 days of their Date Due may be subject to a 15% Rush Fee of the entire order; we will use our discretion and cannot guarantee last minute changes. Paid orders indicate agreement and understanding of Nadiya’s Cupcakes Payment and Delivery Policy. Orders cancelled less than 10 days before your order Date Due date are eligible for a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
