Payment Policy for Custom Orders
All Custom Orders require a minimum order of at least $250 with a minimum 4 week lead time.
After finalizing your order, we require full payment to formally book Nadiya’s Cupcakes. We can accommodate small changes to the order before it is due and orders finalized in less than 8 days of their Date Due may be subject to a 15% Rush Fee of the entire order; we will use our discretion and cannot guarantee last minute changes. Paid orders indicate agreement and understanding of Nadiya’s Cupcakes Payment and Delivery Policy. Orders cancelled less than 10 days before your order Date Due date are eligible for a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Payment Policy for Wedding Orders
All Wedding Orders require a minimum 6 week lead time.
To formally book Nadiya’s Cupcakes for your wedding day, we require a non-refundable $250 payment that will go towards the overall order. We may accommodate changes to the order and make any necessary adjustments to the final price until 4 weeks before the Wedding Date which is when the final payment will be due; orders cannot be cancelled after this time. Payments made in less than 4 weeks of the order’s Wedding Date may be subject to a 15% late fee, and any events that are less than 6 weeks away from their Wedding Date will need to be paid in full.
