Along the way, you may also earn Credits for engaging with us like following along on social media or referring friends and family for their first life-event celebration. Members enjoy access to exclusive rewards, seasonal opportunities, and future surprises as the program continues to grow.

Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re ordering a small treat, planning a milestone event, or coordinating celebrations for others, Cake & Kindred Rewards is designed to grow with you. Clients celebrating life events tend to see the greatest benefits over time, but all members are invited to join and start earning.

Simply create an account using your email and a password. From there, you’ll begin earning Credits on your very first purchase. No additional steps required.

Not at all. Joining Cake & Kindred Rewards is completely free and no purchase is necessary.

Once signed in, your My Cake & Kindred Journey page shows everything you need: your Credits balance, current tier, available rewards, and progress toward what’s next.

If you celebrated with us before creating your account, you may be eligible for a one-time opportunity to claim Credits on past orders at an adjusted conversion rate. Just reach out to our team at orders@nadiyascupcakes.com and we’ll be happy to guide you.

Yes. If you need help merging accounts or updating your email, please contact us at orders@nadiyascupcakes.com, and our team will take care of the rest.

Your rewards account is tied to the email address used at sign-up, and that email cannot be changed once the account is created. If you have questions or need guidance, our team is always happy to help you explore the best next steps.

Credits are the way we thank you for celebrating with Cake & Kindred. You earn them in several ways, including:

• Creating an account
• Ordering through our online shop
• Placing Custom Orders
• Celebrating your wedding with us
• Following us on social media
• Referring friends and family for their first life-event order

Credits can then be redeemed for rewards like vouchers, upgrades, and special services.

All members earn 4 Credits for every $1 spent (excluding tax). Credits may be redeemed at a rate of 105 Credits per $1 toward eligible rewards.

For example:
A $350 Custom Order earns 1,400 Credits— equivalent to about $13.33 in future rewards.

Credits are awarded once an order is complete. For Custom Orders and Weddings, Credits will be added after the event date to ensure everything is finalized.

Redeeming rewards is simple. Visit the My Cake & Kindred Journey page to browse available rewards in the Redeem Credits tab, and select the option you’d like to redeem. You’ll receive a unique code to use on your next eligible purchase.

Credits remain active as long as your account stays active. If there is no activity on your account for two years, Credits will expire.

Credits and rewards are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to others.

No minimum at all. You’ll earn Credits whether you’re ordering from our shop, placing a Custom Order, or celebrating your wedding with us.

Yes. Once you reach the Cupcake tier, you’ll unlock referral access and receive a unique URL to share. When a referred friend clicks on the link, registers for an account, and places their first Custom Order, you’ll earn bonus Credits as a thank-you for sharing Cake & Kindred and they’ll receive a first-purchase welcome gift.

To receive referral Credits:

• Your referral must be a first-time customer with Nadiya’s Cupcakes
• They must create an account through your referral link before they submit their Custom Order inquiry
• Credits are awarded once their first order is completed

You’ll receive an email confirmation when referral Credits are added, and you can always review your Rewards History in your account.

Because our products are custom-made and food safety is our top priority, we do not accept returns. Redeemed Credits cannot be reinstated once used.

In many cases, yes. Some promotions may have exclusions or specific terms, which will always be clearly communicated so you know what to expect before redeeming.

Yes. Rewards can be applied during the wedding planning process, giving you added flexibility as you finalize details and bring your celebration together.

Your tier is based on lifetime Credits earned. As your total Credits increase, your account automatically moves into the next tier and unlocks its associated benefits.

All members begin at the Mini-Cupcake tier, and tiers are a lifelong reflection of your journey with us.

No. Redeeming Credits does not affect your tier status. Your tier is determined by lifetime Credits earned, not Credits spent.

You’ll receive a welcome email when you move into a new tier. If your tier includes a one-time reward, that email will also include details on how to redeem it.

Your current tier and benefits are always visible in your My Account dashboard, along with your progress toward future tiers.

No, once you reach a tier, it’s yours. Your Cake & Kindred journey is designed to grow with you over time.

If your account remains inactive for more than two years, your unused Credits will expire. Your tier status, however, is yours for life; once earned, it stays with you.

Not at all. Tiers reflect your journey with us over time, not a single purchase. Some clients reach higher tiers sooner than others, but every member has the opportunity to progress as they continue celebrating with Cake & Kindred.

Yes, and then some. Wedding orders earn Credits like any other celebration, plus a generous one-time Credits bonus designed to set you up for future milestones beyond the wedding day.

Yes. Rewards are tied to the account email, so if a planner is the primary point of contact, Credits will be earned on that account regardless of who processes payment. Planners may also earn referral Credits when clients celebrate their first life-event order with us, but the client’s email will be used in this instance.
