Delivery Policy for Online Orders
We consider best practices when shipping your online orders. We will apply our due diligence to safely wrap and package orders prior to shipment. Once orders are shipped, handling is out of our control and we cannot promise safe handling by third-party shippers. Should your order arrive in unfavorable conditions, please reach out to us.
Customers that opt for Local Pick-up will be contacted by a team member to schedule a pick-up time from our location in Wood Dale, IL. We currently do not offer delivery for online orders. All orders must be submitted with 2-3 week lead time for Local Pick-Up. Promotional or Featured Online Products may not always follow the minimum Online Order lead time.
Delivery Policy for Custom Orders
After delivery or pick-up, handling is out of Nadiya’s Cupcakes control and we cannot promise safe handling by others. Cake and desserts should NOT be left out for more than 2 hours in warm climate because buttercream will begin to soften and decorations may fall. Refrigeration may be necessary.
We offer delivery and set-up services for all eligible Custom Orders, which includes travel time and final touch-ups. We do not provide plates, napkins, etc.
Chicago rate: $75 per hour
Chicago suburbs rate: $55 per hour
For order Pick-Up, we advise to prepare the delivery vehicle ahead of time by ensuring the vehicle is air conditioned beyond the normal level of comfort and to avoid placing products in unsecured locations such as trunks and back seats.
Nadiya’s Cupcakes ensures orders are properly packaged upon pick-up and all decorations are safely installed on desserts, but is not liable if products are unsafely delivered or improperly handled by the customer.
Nadiya’s Cupcakes will use discretion for order Pick-Up eligibility and may require delivery.
Delivery Policy for Wedding Orders
We want to take the stress out of your planning, so that is why every wedding order is eligible for delivery and set-up services. The services include travel time and final set-up with flowers, cake toppers and touch-ups. Service cost for large orders will be adjusted. We do not provide plates, napkins, etc.
